Aeries Mobile Portal App Information

The Aeries Mobile Portal is a mobile app for Parents to use to access Grades, Attendance, and Demographic information in a concise, mobile-friendly format. Parents can use their pre-existing Parent account to gain access to their data. Please note: The Parent Data Confirmation process is not currently available via the Mobile Portal App. Additional instructions for downloading the app are provided here.

Extended Day After School Progam

Our school is offering after school care Mon-Fri 2:30pm -6:00pm for $5 per hour. Children will participate in a variety of indoor and outdoor activities at the school site. There is a time for active play as well as time to relax, read, do homework and participate in quiet activities. Click above for more information.

LUSD August 5, 2021 Board Meeting Agenda

The Loomis Union School District Agenda for the regular board meeting will take place on August 5, 2021 at 7:00 pm. The meeting will take place at the H. Clarke Powers School gymnasium. Click here to view the agenda.

Daily Student Health Assessment Guideline

We appreciate your support in helping to keep our students, staff and community safe by completing the daily home self-assessment before bringing your child(ren) to campus. Please be sure to keep your child(ren) home (Distance Learning) if a member of your family is symptomatic or testing for COVID-19 due to an exposure.

Thanksgiving Break

All school sites will be closed November 22nd-November 26th. The district office will be closed November 25th and 26th.

Enrolling a Student in Our District

Annual Beginning of the Year Paperwork and Data Confirmation Process

The annual parent information packet is available online using your Parent Portal Account. Please be sure to log onto your Parent Portal to complete your Beginning of the Year paperwork, update your student's health record and revise important contact information. Log on now and complete the Data Confirmation process under the Students Tab.
