Welcome to 3rd grade! I am so excited for the upcoming year and thrilled to continue building relationships within our great community. My goal is to create and maintain a positive, loving, and nurturing classroom environment that motivates students to strive for their personal best.

 

Our Language Arts curriculum, Wonders, has proven to be a challenging and engaging curriculum. It has helped our students become better readers by teaching them how to examine and understand a variety of complex texts, in addition to strengthening their verbal and written responses. Their math skills will continue to be strengthened and refined with our Everyday Math program. Moreover, interactive and engaging lessons will continue to bring science and social studies to life!

 

In addition to building and strengthening scholarly habits, our students will learn what it means to be a good friend and follow the "Falcon Way" by being kind, being safe, and doing their job. I am committed to being a kind, fair, and nurturing teacher for our students and thrilled to be a part of their educational journey!
