Volunteer Chaperones - Livescan Application

Chaperone's for school sponsored field trips must complete the Live Scan Application process.  The application can be taken to a Live Scan agency of your choice or selected from the list provided in the packet.

 

Once the fingerprinting process is complete and processed by the Live Scan agency, the district office will be notified of the results.  Once cleared, your name will be added to the district list of approved chaperones.  You may contact the school office to verify that the process has been completed or our district office at (916) 652-1800.
